We just installed the ultra light weight Tomei titanium exhaust on the EVOX. Slip joint design so no flanges for no additional weight but mind you, the exhaust is an single outlet exhaust with no resonator so there are drone inside the cabin and loud outside !

The Rigid Collar is an aluminium washer (as per photo) with a square outside Taper to increase adhesion on the Thinner flange portion in the middle. This fits between the moving panels and with a properly sized bolt (and Bolt Hole as part of the Rigid Collar) is crushed into place when tightened, joining the two panels and stopping movement forever.

Rigid collar will be releasing the entire kit front & rear for Subaru BRZ & Scion FRS on May 5th 2012 in Japan !

The stock 09-11 GTR usually produces around 410~420ish horse power @ 4 wheels on Dynapak all wheel drive dynometer. From the power plot, with the tuning and modifications, the R35 is making 531whp & 571ft/lbs of TQ.

We are doing a bit of preparation work before the installation. We have applied anti-seized along the threads so for long run there will be no seizing issues.
