Chassis reinforcement is one of the important part for suspension tuning. Extra bracing at the subframe area improves the rigidity and reduces the change of alignment under hard acceleration. As a result, more consitant speed can be carry out during cornering.

We are moving another step forward in the CRZ tuning. We replaced intake manifold of the CRZ to the Spoon intake manifold. The Spoon intake manifold has a bigger plenum so it increases the intake volume. This improves the engine response and acceleration.

**Spoon intake manifold installed**The Spoon intake manifold is a little bigger than the stock one so there are a few brackets that will not align but the rest works out fine.

Driving impression – the cars feels has much better low to mid acceleration and it pulls harder at high rpm. When existing a turn , under acceleration, the cars responsed much quicker. Next, we will be machining the throttle body in house and installing the Honda Flash-Pro, can’t wait to see the results on the dyno. Stay tuned.

JUN offers high lift camshafts for the Honda Fit 09+ & CRZ 11+. The camshaft is available in  IN280/EX264 degrees for L15A & IN248/EX264 degrees for LEA. As we can see, the profiles for the JUN L15A camshaft is much more aggressive and if install into the LEA, we will see more agains. It is possible to have the L15A camshaft to fit into the LEA but al the rocker arms has to be replaced  *Please email us if you have questions about it.* Building the CRZ LEA engine to hit 150hp is possible.

JUN has dynoed the camshaft on a 2010 Honda Fit GE8 L15A with stand alone ECU, the camshaft and the tuned makes  remarkable  gain of 16hp and 2.3kg/m TQ.

However, JUN requires the original cam core before they can have the camshaft regrind to JUN specifications and JUN doesn’t offer a core at the moment so it will be up to us (AJR) to see if we will be offering a camcore soon.

2011 Macau Grand Prix Road Sport Challenge FINAL !

The 58th Macau Grand Prix is ON. For those who are not familiar, Macau Grand Prix is a very famous race days for WTCC (World Touring Car Championship), Formula 3, Motorcyle Grand Prix, Road Sport Challenge (Tuned street car race) & more. We are excited in the Road Sport Challenge and the WTCC because all the top Asian and European drivers are participating.

If you are a fan of EVO, GTR, STi or RX8, you will be interested in the Road Sport Challenge. Most of the race cars are professionally prepped by famous Japanese, HK and Thai Tuners and they are FAST !
